How do I become a member of the Chamber?

After submitting an application form, your application will be scrutinized by the Membership Screening Committee. If the screening committee approve your application then it will be placed before Executive Committee (Board) Meeting. After your Membership application becomes effective.

What is the subscription amount?

The Annual Subscription for:

Public / Private Ltd. Cos. – Rs. 5000/- + GST @ 18%

Firms / Association / Individuals -- Rs. 2500/- + GST @ 18%

Can I get a list of Chamber Members?

Yes. We can give you the database of Chamber members at a cost of Rs.1000+GST in soft copy.

How do I sign up for a Programme/Seminar? Are they open to anyone?

We send Registration form for each programmes along with invitation. You can sign up for the programme by duly filling up the Registration form. Majority of our programmes are open only to our members.

How can I promote my business/product/service to Chamber members?

You can promote your business/product/service during our Networking programmes / Seminars / Workshops and you can also promote your business through our members database.

How do I get a publication/report of the Chamber?

You can get our publication / report from our website.

Does the Chamber has a Conference hall? Do you hire it out? What is the cost of hiring?

Yes. The Chamber has a A/C Conference hall with a seating capacity of 50 people.

What is Certificate of Origin?

A Certificate of Origin is a document which identifies the origin of goods being exported and is issued by a Chamber of Commerce. It is required by customs in the buyer's country to determine tariff rates and determine the origin of the goods.

How do we get Certificate of Origin from ACC? What are the documents we should submit?

You can buy the Certificate of Origin forms (Non-Preferential) from ACC and fill it as per invoice and signed duly by the exporters. The attachments are Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Leading / Airway Bill.

Do you certify any other documents?

Yes. We can certify Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Leading / Airway Bill, Free Sale Certificate, Health Certificate and Exporter’s Declaration.

What is Visa recommendation letters? Whom do you give this? What are the documents we should submit?

The Andhra Chamber of Commerce issues visa recommendation letters to its Members representatives whom wishing to travel overseas for promotion of business and other related activities. Certain embassies/countries request for certification of visa application by the recognized Chambers. The ACC Visa Documentation helps in processing the visas of member firms.

The firms desirous for obtaining recommendation letters for issue of visa are requested to furnish the following documents to the ACC at the time of applying: Request letter addressed to the ACC, on the original letter head of the firm (application format to be obtained from the ACC office)

Photocopy of the passport of the person applying for the visa.

Photocopy of the invitation letter received from the country to be visited. The request letter should be signed by a senior officer of the firm and not the person applying for the visa. All photocopies must be certified with signature and stamp of the person signing the application.

Does the Chamber bring out printed Bulletin?

Yes, the Chamber brings out its Bulletin Bi-Monthly.
