As we are all aware, Performance appraisal is a systematic and periodic process of measuring an individual’s work performance against the established requirements of the job and it is very important for every organization. Considering the importance of this, Andhra Chamber is organizing a  Workshop on  “ Performance Management System – PMS tool for MSMEs ”  on the 21st June  2024 (Friday) from 9.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. @ Hotel Ramada Plaza, Guindy, Chennai.( Gform Registration is Mandatory to fill for this Workshop )

The objective of this workshop is to create a culture of performance excellence, continuous improvement, and employee development within the organization. It serves as a strategic tool to align, assess, and optimize the performance of individuals and teams towards achieving organizational goals.

The participants would gain insights on how the PMS tool can lead to a more engaged workforce, improved performance, and better alignment between individual and organizational goals, ultimately contributing to the success and competitiveness of the organization.

The resource person Mr Ganesh Manchi, has done his Masters in Sociology from Annamalai University and PGDPMIR from Madras School of Social Work, is a Human Resources Professional with 35+ years of experience in various operational positions in the entire gamut of HR and General Management, with various industries such as Manufacturing, IT, ITeS, BPO, Chemical and Automation industries.
